There is also plenty of wardrobe and luggage space provided. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a 2-hour free parking at Edinburgh Avenue. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the pool and gym throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
