This unit is a first floor single story apartment. Access to the complex requires a gate code, so you will have a feel of security during your stay. A beautiful courtyard with water features is the first site to greet you as you enter the complex on the way to your unit. Some what is included fun facts: Queen size comfy bed. All linens included. Full bathroom with: Shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap/towels/washcloths/toilet paper included Fully Stocked Kitchen Oil/salt/pepper Set of pots and pans (cookware) Cutlery and cooking utensils Dinner plates/bowls/saucers Drinking glasses/wine glasses/coffee mugs Drip coffee maker/coffee/filters/cream/sugar Wine opener/can opener/and all the handy go-to kitchen tools Trash can/trash bags Paper towels/dish soap/sponge/dish rack/all-purpose cleaner Broom with a dustpan Iron and Iron Board High speed internet After you are done prepping your eats, chill out with food and a movie in the old feel living area on our super comfy sofa while browsing the selection of streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Espn, Prime Video, and HBOMax (with your personal account info) on the 50” Flat Screen smart TV;) Private washer and dryer in your unit. First come first serve free carport parking in the back of the complex off the alleyway. Check-in will be self-guided and contactless, with smart lock unit access by a custom code provided only to you with your check-in instructions and valid till 11 am on your check-out date. We do ask that during your stay you remember to respect our home, your neighbors, and the community. Please be mindful of your trash (leave no trace in the outdoors kind of thing), quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Even though there will be nobody below you during your stay, there might be neighbors to the right and/or left of you. The following are non-negotiable house rules that we kindly ask you to respect: ⧪NO SMOKING IN UNIT ⧪No Pets ⧪No Gathering or parties Violations of any of the above house rules will result in a fine of $500 **From 7/30-8/20 the back patio door (leads to a small enclosed porch) will not be useable and has to be repaired. There is a delay in getting a new glass door in from the vendor. In the meantime, it looks like a plywood door. Shouldn't affect a stay, but just a heads up!** Apologies for the inconvenience.** Other things to note At this time we are only accepting instant bookings! You will need to make sure your Airbnb profile is verified (with a valid Government ID) and meets the instant book requirements. If your profile is verified and meets the requirements you should see a confirm and pay option as opposed to a request. **Check-in is by 4 pm or 4 hours after booking, whichever is later.** Planning a day trip during your stay with us and want to have a cooler to take?
