Absolutely stunning casita located in the beautiful Tanque Verde Estates, gated community….just a few blocks from the Agua Caliente Park and Mt Lemmon . Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the most gorgeous Arizona sunsets imaginable. Close enough to everything , yet far enough away to enjoy the beauty and peace of the dessert . Enjoy ample outdoor actives like biking, hiking, and golfing. ** BIG NEWS … As of November 2024, we added a washer and dryer inside the unit** The space What you will experience at our casita, is a warm beautiful home away from home . Featuring two completely separate sleeping areas . The master bedroom offers a luxurious and very inviting king size bed , television and storage for your belongings . The bathroom offers a sink with vanity , shower/tub combo and toilet. The linen closet is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We also recently added a washer and dryer . The kitchen and dining area with well stocked drawers and cupboards containing all the amenities needed to prepare all your meals ….enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and sitting outside on the patio while enjoying the beautiful mountain view’s. The living room offers a queen size pull out bed and has a door for privacy , could be used as a second bedroom . There is a television to enjoy all your movie favs and a desk for your workspace , with a view of our gorgeous mountains. My mother is a retired Interior designer and the casita definitely reflects that with it’s beautiful southwest decor.
