Great area to grow family bonding!! The space Master bedroom on first floor includes wood floors and backyard access. Kitchen - newly remodeled kitchen with a focus on open space for family gathering. New bamboo floors on first level connecting Kitchen/Dining/Family rooms. 2 full baths (one on each floor) Front covered porch and front sunroom provide alternative sitting areas separated from main part of the cottage. Upstairs has two bedrooms great for families with children. Backyard access includes grill, picnic table and fire pit with chairs. Guest access Please note that from Memorial Day to Labor Day, this Cottage is located in the 10-week summer season of Lakeside Chautauqua. For more than 145 years, Lakeside Chautauqua has welcomed families to the Lake Erie shore to take part in a summer Chautauqua experience dedicated to nurturing mind, body and spirit. Lakeside Chautauqua is an historic community in Ohio that offers an abundance of spiritual opportunities, educational lectures, cultural arts performances and recreational activities during its 10-week summer programming season. During this 10-week summer season, a Lakeside pass will be needed to enter grounds. Lakeside Chautauqua requires guests and residents to purchase a Chautauqua Pass and Auto Pass to enter the grounds between Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Parking allows for up to two vehicles in the immediate front of the cottage. The area is defined by river rock and mulch in the front of the cottage. The white gravel driveway between properties is a shared space with the neighboring cottage and should remain unobstructed. Guests should leave cottage in the same condition as upon arrival. This includes: disposing of all trash to outdoor trash bins in the rear northeast corner, placing all used linens, towels, etc. on bathroom floor, cleaning all dishes and cookware, turning off AC and lights and placing key back in lockbox.
