Should you need anything, we live on the upper level of the property and are more than happy to recommend tourist destinations as well as local restaurants. The space This private space features: dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, 55" Roku TV, kitchen with full sized appliances, bathroom with shower, walk in closet with plenty of storage and full sized mirror, and single bed with supportive chiropractic mattress. There are 2 separate entrances to the unit with key-less check-in and access to the backyard. Recently updated. Close to restaurants, bars, parks, and public transit. Street parking is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, plates, French Press, Kettle, microwave etc. Note* there are some low sections of the ceiling of this basement (6' lowest height). Note* the unit has central air conditioning and heating but the thermostat is not located within the unit. If you need the temperature adjusted we can easily do that for you during your stay Note* a young child lives in the house so you may occasionally hear her during your stay. Guest access This guest suite is located in the lower level of a family home. The unit is private with a separate entrance. The only shared space is the backyard. Other things to note Firstly, our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any needs you may have. If there is anything you are unsatisfied with or have any special requests / questions please do not hesitate to ask. If arriving with your own vehicle: Overnight street parking is available for a nightly fee. Steps to purchase a parking permit can be sent to the guest if required. The fees are as follows: $34.39 per week, $14.88 per 24 hours or $22.32 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T The unit is equipped with a ROKU TV that comes with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney +, Crave etc. pre-installed. The guest must bring their own login in order to use these apps. There are free apps installed as well that do not require a log-in.
