Beautiful 3+ Bedroom Home Close to Milwaukee

Lovely 3 bedroom home with 2 full baths and a partially finished basement with a sofa sleeper and 1/2 bath. Whitefish Bay is a quiet, safe, upscale suburb of Milwaukee, close to beautiful Lake Michigan. There is easy access to downtown Milwaukee and surrounding areas via car, bike, or public transportation. Lots of wonderful dining, shopping, and recreational activities nearby. I have been an Airbnb Super host for the past 8 years. Please read the other details section for more information. The space There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed. There is one bedroom upstairs with a full bath. The upstairs bedroom has a split California king bed with an adjustable mattress. The basement is partially finished with a full size sofa sleeper. There is also a toilet and a wash basin in the basement. There are TV's in all sleeping areas with antenna TV, Netflix, HULU and Apple TV. The main level has a kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. There is a deck outside with patio furniture, two small dining tables and a gas grill. A washer and dryer is available for use in the basement. There is room to park two cars in the driveway and free street parking provided the cars are registered with the village for overnight parking. Guest access All parts of the house are usable except any area marked private. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep any outdoor conversations or music at a reasonable volume. Please note that while I won't be around during your stay, I do live in the home with my 55 pound shepherd/husky dog. I make every effort to keep the house as fur free as possible, but if anyone is severely allergic, my home might not be a good fit.
