The Saint Alexandre is a nice atypical house on 3 floors with a bedroom and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are included in the rate, and the beds will be made upon your arrival for a stay with complete peace of mind. Bathroom refurbished in October 2023. The space This charming house is laid out as follows: - Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher) and a dining area for 4 people, plus a storage cupboard. - 1st floor: living room with a sofa, TV, internet, and a balcony. The bathroom is also on the 1st floor, with a shower (newly renovated in October 2023). - 2nd floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, and a balcony. Please note, the stairs are quite steep to access the living room and bedroom. You can also enjoy the terrace, furnished with a table, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, and a retractable awning. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bed linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towel, bath mat) along with some consumables for the start of your stay (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid). Towels: 1 large and 1 small towel per person. For your information, the accommodation is equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The property also has Wi-Fi. The location of this charming house is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family trip on the Emerald Coast. You are close to the beautiful Dinard market. Guest access The entire house and all its amenities are at your disposal. Check-in at the property will be self-check-in.
