Forget your worries - in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. The villa has a fantastic view over the sea and the coast of Praia da Luz with its iconic rock formations. Everything your heart desires is at your disposal. You can easily walk to the sea or enjoy the stunning Portuguese countryside by car. We have been hosting for many years and are now also on AirBnB. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us! The space The accommodation has adequate basic facilities. The internet is fast and the location is quiet. The house has air conditioning in every room. There is no one else on the property, which ensures privacy. Shopping facilities are within easy reach within 5 minutes by car. Guest access Our guests have access to every room and to the entire property. A gate leads to a courtyard where you can park your car comfortably and safely. Other things to note Thjs Villas is equipped for 8 Person. This villa requires a deposit of 400€. This is paid on site, receipted and refunded on departure. In addition, 300kW of electricity per week is included. Anything above this is 25 cents / unit. Normally this is more than sufficient and we do not exceed it. Baby cots and baby chairs are available on request. These cost 25€ per equipment (bed + high chair) per week. The pool can be heated. Heating costs 150€ per week plus electricity (see above). Bringing a dog comes at the cost of an aditional 70€/week. All this can and will be discussed on site upon request. Registration Details 29725/AL
