Vehicle parking, boat dock on Big Inlet creek, near breweries, winery's, restaurants, fishing, skiing, snowmobile trail, and more. Snowmobile trail and ice fishing access. Boat or snowmobile trailer parking available. This vacation cottage sits right on the canal/inlet. A great place to access the lake via boat, kayak or canoe. You can fish right off the dock or the deck of the cottage. Kitchen has meal prep amenities and plenty of room to dine inside or out on the deck. You can walk to the nearby deli, convenience store, flea market, brewery or the rails to trails path. Private drive with friendly neighbors. Minimal interaction. Please email me with any questions. Enjoy a stroll down private drive with lake views, or bring bikes and cruise the nearby bike trail that leads to Lakeside park and boasts a great playground and sandbox for kids, lakeside picnic tables for the perfect afternoon picnic, facilities and boat launch. Take a scenic drive to the multiple breweries and wineries nearby. Many hiking/biking trails to enjoy. Acres of state lands nearby. Not to mention the great local restaurants and shops! Chautauqua Lake is known for excellent ice fishing conditions and lots of snowmobiling trails. Bring your gear and go on a winter adventure. The snowmobile trail is just one mile away! We have trailer parking. We're under 15 minutes from the NYS thruway and Lake Erie. Buffalo Bills Highmark stadium is just an hour away. The rails to trails walking and bike path is just about 1 mile away. Erie PA is a 45 minute drive. Please note: 2nd bedroom is on 2nd floor. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed. There is a half bath adjoining the lower bedroom. Livingroom sofa is a pull out. We are continuing to update the cottage and will update pics as we do!
