The space A two-room cabin connected by a roofed terrace-type area. - The first area offers a fully-equipped cabin for nine people with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, seven beds, and two bathrooms. - The second space offers a studio-type cabin for three people with two beds, a bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has a barbecue area and direct exit to the garden, large green areas and private parking for 4 vehicles. A useful area of 194 m² on a plot of half a hectare, located 5 minutes from downtown Panguipulli by vehicle. Residential sector with electric security gate and exclusive access with command control. Guest access The garden and green areas are fully available for our visitors to use. Other things to note There is another cabin for rent on the plot. The land is carefully divided with native trees, so there is no view from both cabins. Each sector has its own parking access, a large patio and garden, the only thing that could be shared is a soccer field that is located in the center of the plot. We guarantee our guests independence and privacy.
