1st Floor Studio at Blue House of DT Ball Ground

Located in the historic district of downtown Ball Ground, this daylighted basement studio apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay! It has 10 ft. ceilings, full kitchen, full bath, spacious living room, laundry room, back patio, and a fire pit and is walking distance to all of Ball Ground's downtown charm. The space The is our personal residence in downtown Ball Ground. The daylighted basement apartment studio is accessed through the back patio door. We live in the upper 3 floors of the house which has a separate entrance at the front on the 2nd floor. The firepit is directly in front of the patio entrance of the studio. The pottery studio is located on the ground floor of the detached garage next to the main building. Guest access Guests will have the entire 1st floor daylighted apartment studio to themselves. They will also have a dedicated parking lane for up to two vehicles. The entrance to the studio is located on the backside of the main building down a flight of flagstone landscaped stairs with a handrail. Guests can also feel free to use the lower patio and the shared firepit and greenspace in the back yard. We have also recently added a pottery studio into the ground floor of our detached garage accessible to all three of our airbnb studios. Guests can schedule with me to gain access to the pottery studio.
