However, pool will not heat much during November-February as it uses a heat pump (air exchange system). Home is updated and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary space has a king bed & walk in shower in bathroom. A workspace (desk) looks outside with a view of the Superstition Mountains. Other 2 bedrooms have queens. Come relax in Gold Canyon. The space Updated interior with new flooring and paint. Walk in shower for master bath. Other bath had a tub/shower combo. TV in living room and master. They are smart TVs so you can watch Netflix, etc YouTube TV is logged in on living room. There is not any cable or dish network. Guest access All of it. Other things to note Pool has a heat pump (air exchange system). Heating is extra - just ask on cost. It will not heat much from November through February as it uses air exchange system (no natural gas). So it may not be warm enough during those months to fully enjoy it.
