Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There are even 2 outdoor TVs in the outdoor bar/entertainment areas. Corn hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. (there's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months. Inside, there is cable TV or spectrum app in every room (all smart TVs), and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom. 4 beds, sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum 6 adults. Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroom (Shower) Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed PLUS additional full/double size Bed (lofted over Queen) Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed Bathroom 2 - Tub/Shower combo You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!! 18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach! *Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and released within 7-days after your stay is complete, if no damages or violations **PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated. MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license. *This home is located in a humid subtropical climate. While we professionally treat the home for bugs and pests, you may see bugs including Palmetto bugs sneak in occasionally. If any are found in the home, we will promptly schedule a re-treatment to address. No refunds for bug sightings will be provided *WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A 5-STAR STAY, as do our cleaners. Your booking includes turn-over service to include cleaning and linen/towels. However, occasionally things get missed or need to be fixed. If you are not satisfied with the job that the cleaners have done, we need to know immediately. We will send cleaners back, if we are made aware of something that needs to be fixed. PLEASE DON'T WAIT until you have checked out to let us know in a public review. THESE REVIEWS STAY WITH THE HOST FOREVER, even if a house is removed from our listings. So we want to FIX ANY CLEANING ISSUE. And we APPRECIATE your PRIVATE FEEDBACK, so that we can fix it for future guests. NO REFUNDS FOR CLEANING WILL BE PROVIDED. Guest access Electronic Door code will be provided a few days prior to check-in. Other things to note We try to include as much as possible for our guests to enjoy their stay, without having to drag too many things with them on their vacation. You'll have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, some baby gear (highchair/booster chair & pack-n-play), outdoor games (cornhole, giant connect 4 & more) Coffee Maker, Keurig, fully stocked kitchen. And outdoor entertaining area to include plenty of seating, outdoor dining table, bar area with TV & Firepit table. We also include the use of one golf cart.
