The property is in a peaceful, low crime rate residential neighborhood and equipped with a smart lock at the front door that gives each guest a unique entry code for their stay. Your bedroom is also lockable with a key for additional privacy. 2, Sleep. Spacious queen bed with comfy linens and towels, combined with quiet hours and no party house rules ensure our guest a good night's sleep. 3, Entertain. Your Bedroom is equipped with your own sofa, a coffee table, cushions and TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and games without disturbance 4, Work. We provide each room with a large desk, desk lamp, comfy chair and high speed fiber Internet so you can easily work from home. 5, Convenience. We provide free in unit laundry machine and on site parking. 6, Extra small touches. Windows blinds allow you to adjust the brightness in your room, a ceiling fan provides more precise comfort, and you have plenty of storage space with hangers provided. 7, Designated and reserved storage spaces in kitchen and other common area. The room and the rest of the house is spacious, newly renovated, fully furnished and ready for you to move in, no need to be constrained by long lease terms or set up utility contract, we have everything taken care of. Also made affordable by sharing some amenities while we maximize your independence and privacy. We understand you might have some concerns with sharing common area with strangers, here is what we do: 1, We carefully select and filter guests, only guests with good records are allowed to stay. Most our guests are long terms guests, so we have way less people in and out compared with other daily places. 2, We have clear house rules and actively enforce it. We stay neutral and any guest who violates the house rules will be removed from our place 3, We dedicate and labeled each room's storage space in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom), so the responsibility and boundaries are clear 4, Some shared amenities are controlled. For example, central HVAC is constrained within a reasonable temperature range so no particular guests can adjust the temperature to a level that causes discomfort to others 5, We always keep our guests informed, so you are always aware of who should be in the house including new guests arrival, cleaner, repairs, etc. Despite our efforts, there are a few things you should expect when booking a private room: 1, You might see or hear other guests, and some guest may not be your favorite person. 2, The house temperature might not be set to exactly to your preference. 3, For monthly guests only, you might need take some shared responsibility, like taking trashes out. Guest access You have full access to your own bedroom and are welcome to use the amenities we provided in the common area. In the kitchen you have assigned space for your personal belongings in both the cabinets and refrigerator. All spaces are clearly labeled for easy access. Partial access to the thermostat. Our central HVAC system runs on a smart program designed to meet average human's comfort level. You will have access to adjust the temperature within the range we set but not other settings, and we advise our guests use the recommended temperature and be respectful of others. Our motto is comfortable and sustainable. We want our guests live comfortably, and in order for that comfort to be sustained, we implement many energy saving measures, like LED light bulbs, efficient faucet and solar lights. We can really use your participation and provided more energy saving tips in the house book. Reducing unnecessary waste is not just so we can save our costs in order to continue offering an affordable rate for our guests, but also for a livable earth, not just for our next generation but also for ourselves right now. For monthly guests, we are happy to provide amenities to help you settle in, but it is difficult to satisfy every guests’ unique needs on an ongoing basis. Beyond what is initially provided, you are responsible for your own consumables (toilet paper, shampoo/soap, laundry detergent, spices, etc.). Each room is allowed one car. Free on-site parking is available on a first come, first serve basis for our guests but is not guaranteed. Reserved garage parking may be available for an additional fee. There are also plenty free street parking within walking distance. During your stay We are happy to answer questions and will respond ASAP between 9 am - 6 pm. Please be respectful and considerable of other guests in the house, especially when using the shared resources, thanks!
