A gem to sleep in Chapalita
Una Joya Para Dormir En Chapalita
Description
Have a coffee with us! And enjoy this home with very personal touches, the product of our travels around the world, such as the Moroccan rug on one of the walls or the photos of some of our trips. This room in the heart of Guadalajara's greenest neighborhood awaits you alone or with a companion. You can use a shared bathroom and shower, cook in our kitchen and relax in the garden. Everything is within walking distance: food, groceries, and fun. The space The room has a huge closet with a dressing room that looks like a secret passage, with the possibility of accommodating two people in one bed. It has a lounge chair and a desk with a work chair. This room shares a bathroom and shower with one more, on the top floor of this 2-story house. Guest access We all enter the house through the same door. To get to the top floor, you have to climb a beautiful spiral staircase and just when it ends, there is the entrance to it. On the top floor of the house, there are also 3 more rooms: ours, where my wife and I live, and 2 more, although the bathroom is only shared by two rooms. During your stay My wife and I really enjoy being at home, we work there and we will always be willing to share time for coffee or a walk, lunch, dinner or a drink, even if it's chocolate... or mezcal. Going for tacos together will always be a good option! Other things to note A 5-minute drive to UNIVA, 10 by bus, and 23 on foot. 25 minutes from downtown and its main attractions. And 3 blocks from the beautiful Glorieta de Chapalita. We all share the kitchen, garden, and living room. We have a washing machine that we can share for an additional cost. For those who book for a week or more, we will always have a complimentary Mexican breakfast or a coffee pot. For those who decide to stay a month or more, a free cleaning session (with change of bedding), within the first 15 days of your stay, once a month. If you want more, it costs $130 pesos for each time it is required.
