Nestled in the charming residence "Les Logis du Forgeron", this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature. Ideal for a romantic getaway, a golf stay or a break in the green as a duo. The space Le Poinçon – Small duplex with swimming pool Welcome to the Poinçon, a pleasant small duplex located in the Les Logis du Forgeron residence, in the heart of the vineyards of Anjou. The Poinçon is ideal for a stay for two and can accommodate a 3 people with a supplement of €30/night contact us.The room is upstairs and has a double bed. An extra bed in the living room can accommodate a third person. On the ground floor, you will find an equipped open kitchen, a living room with Smart TV, a dining area, a shower room and separate toilets. The cottage also has a private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for meals or simply enjoying the calm. The pool and outdoor areas The residence has a secure pool of 8 x 4 metres, heated to about 24-25°C, open from May 1 to September 30. Each cottage benefits from a daily and rotating private slot allowing you to enjoy the pool and the ping-pong table alone during your slot. During this slot, the deckchairs, the parasol and the straw hut with gas barbeque are also at your disposal. Outside of the private slots, the common areas are not used, so that everyone can fully enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the residence. The slot schedule is available in the photo gallery. In summer, 2 deckchairs are also available on your private terrace. For families For families with babies, a changing mat, a cot and a high chair are available in the cottage. A folding bathtub can also be made available free of charge upon request. Household linen Household linen is at your disposal in the cottage. It includes bed linen, 2 towels per person Pool towels are not provided. Remember to bring your own.Heating is available from October 15 to April 15 Free parking is available in front of the residence. Nearby The Poinçon is suitable both for a business trip and for a stay for two or in a small group. The residence is located about 15 minutes south of Angers, in a quiet environment in the heart of the vineyards. Public transportation is limited and the car remains necessary for easy access to nearby shops, activities and tourist sites. A welcome guide is at your disposal in the cottage with our good addresses, restaurants and activities that we have tested for you. Are you travelling in a group? It is also possible to book the other cottages of the residence: La Bigorne (6 people) and L'Enclume (4 people). This makes it possible to accommodate larger groups while maintaining independent housing for everyone. We will be delighted to welcome you to the Poinçon and make you discover our little corner of Anjou.
