Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, a ceiling fan, TV, a full bathroom with double sinks, make-up mirror, a walk in shower plus a jetted Jacuzzi, and a large walk in closet to accommodate your summer wardrobe. A large French door gives you direct access to the Lanai from the Master. Bedroom two features a king bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom three features a Queen Sofa bed and full bathroom. It doubles as a den to allow for a little in-unit get away space. The front lanai has a Southern exposure and two chaise lounges, a patio table with seating for four, a Grill and a reclining chair so you can soak up the sun without leaving the condo. The entire condo is private, the pool is shared community property. We are always available by phone, text or email. We are also on the island from late October through May. Off season we have a home watch service available for problems or if you would like to hire them for cleaning. The South End of Marco is a quiet and tranquil location. South Beach is a short stroll away and includes the Sunset Grill to grab a lunch, snack or cocktail. An evening stroll is highly recommended! Caxambas Park is located in the South End and a wonderful place to enjoy fishing or watching the boats and dolphins go by. There are several car transportation services on the island as well as the CAT bus service to Naples. We also offer bikes located in the garage. Enhanced cleaning procedures following the CDC guidelines have been implemented. We use a professional cleaning service and strive to ensure a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the house in response to the Coronavirus outbreak. PPE and Cleaning supplies are onsite; please ensure you help maintain a clean living environment during your stay. Frequent hand washing is encouraged.
