The space The Maisonette is two levels, with a total area of 43.23 square meters. It is located on the left side of the complex. It consists of the 1st level floor of 17.40 square meters with its own external staircase and includes a bedroom, a living room for 2 people with a private bathroom, storage areas, TV, wifi and air conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the next floor of 25.83 square meters that includes a kitchen area (built-in oven, 2-seater ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator under the counter), dining room, living room that can sleep 1 person. The space leads to a private balcony for exclusive use. On the same level is the comfortable and luxurious master bedroom with a double bed 1.60*2.00 and a private bathroom. In the same interior there is a Jacuzzi under a large skylight on the roof that serves the needs of sunbathing and ventilation of the space and gives an extra character of luxury and uniqueness. The space is equipped with an open wardrobe for clothing storage needs, a desk console, a flat screen TV, wifi and air conditioning on both levels.
