The space This is the second and third floor of our town home. The third floor contains a master bedroom and large bathroom, including shower stall and tub. The second floor bedroom has a twin bed. Both bedrooms have desks and chairs for workspace. There is a monitor and printer in the second floor bedroom, along with an iron and ironing board. The second floor also contains a fully stocked kitchen and living room / dining room space, with a new Samsung smart TV. New dishwasher installed in 2023. New hot water heater installed in Autumn 2022. New washer/dryer installed in 2020. New flooring throughout and painted in 2021. The townhome is only 15 years old and stays very cool in summer, warm in winter. The community is quiet and safe, with many trees, shared grassy areas, playground and a pool. Free parking in the community and on surrounding streets. We will need to register your car to park inside the community, but this is free and easy to do online. Very close to transportation routes, including buses on an adjacent street, Caltrain stations 1 mile away. Many guests are visiting the Stanford University community. Walgreens, and multiple restaurants with a single block’s walk. No parties, no pets, no smoking. No exceptions to these three requirements. Guest access Access to all spaces, except master bedroom walk in closet and the garage, which are locked off. There is a separate one bedroom Airbnb unit on the first floor, so please be considerate with noise. Other things to note Sushi, Korean and breakfast places all within one block. Many other restaurants within one bus stop. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walmart, Target, Kohls are 1 mile away, with direct bus lines just minutes away. Caltrain stations to SF or SJC 5 minutes by Uber. We host many Stanford guests, along with businesspeople visiting Tesla, SAP, VMware and the many biotech companies in the area.
