Holiday home by Vanern, 2 floors. The house is located in an area with holiday homes, where there are also permanent residents. Low traffic, flat, clear and child-friendly. About 6 km south of Åmål city center. The house has a nice view of Vanern. Beach about 300 meters from the house. The house is also suitable for families on vacation, as well as being a great place for anglers. It must be quiet between 11 pm and 7 am (weekdays) 11 pm - 8 am (weekends). This must be followed out of consideration for neighbors. Party/ drunkenness is not allowed! The space The house has a combined living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. There is also a bathroom, sauna and a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a sloping roof and consists of 2 bedrooms, an attic living room and a toilet, Guest access The entire house is rented out except for the storage rooms. Inside the storage room is marked (PRIVATE) Other things to note Guests clean the house themselves as directed by the landlord. Alternatively, guests can pay for cleaning, which costs NOK 2,200. Guests must bring and use their own towels as well as sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases that they put on top of the bed linen. Parking in the courtyard just outside the house.
