Holiday home by Lake Vanern, 2 floors. The house is located in an area with a holiday home, where permanent residents also live. Low traffic, flat, clear and child friendly. About 6 km south of Åmål city center. The house has a nice view to Vanern. Beach about 300 meters from the house. The house is suitable for workers, families on holiday, and it is also a great place for anglers. It should be quiet between 11 pm and 7 am. (weekdays) 2300-0800 (weekends). This must be followed by consideration for neighbours. Parties/drinking are not allowed! The space The house has a combined living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. There is also a bathroom, sauna and a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a sloping roof and consists of 2 bedrooms, an attic living room and a toilet, Guest access The entire house is rented out except for the storage rooms. Inside the storage room is marked (PRIVATE) Other things to note Guests clean the house themselves according to the landlord's instructions. Alternatively, guests can pay for cleaning, which costs NOK 2,200. Guests generally bring their own towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, which they place over the bed linen. On request, this can be rented for NOK 70 per person. Parking in the courtyard right outside the house. Garden around the house that can be used by guests.
