Summer house for the whole family with lake view

Large summerhouse in Silverdalen, the location by the lake. Newly renovated 2022. 30 minute drive to Vimmerby to Astrid Lindgren's World. 300 meters to the swimming area, small supermarket in the village. Larger supermarket in Hultsfred (10 mins drive). Space for the family. 4 bedrooms, of which 1 children's room. Large living room with TV and WiFi and a big table to draw, play or work. Newly renovated kitchen with a stove, oven, dryer, and dishwasher. Newly renovated bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC on top floor. The space The rooms are generously furnished. They are relatively large rooms that are easily accessible. It is a big house. That has enough space for many people. The house is mostly used for weekends and shorter stays to experience activities in nearby Astrid Lindgren Park. Our focus is very much on the well-being of the children. Remaining toys and full boxes of toys and games are expressly desired in this house. They are not part of the private home, they are only for use by the guests in this house. Guests are obliged to leave the house in a tidy condition, but the toys do not have to be arranged. (That would be too much to ask. ;) ) This house is a private cottage. This means it's not a hotel that is cleaned at regular daily intervals. There is an extensive final cleaning according to Air bnb guidelines, as well as two annual basic cleaning. The included towels and duvets are all cleaned at high temperatures and must be left at the end of a stay as described in the advertisement. The house has a garden that can be used. As a rule, our guests do this for a barbecue, food and smaller children use it to play. Please keep in mind that there is no gate, the street access is free. All items that indicate private use (toothpaste, shampoos, etc.) have often been left by guests. Since we consider it more effective from an environmental point of view not to dispose of these things, but to make them available for the next guest, these things remain in the house and are usable for everyone. If the freezer bags are open, the guest may also dispose of them. Please always think about our nature/environment. For any questions you can always write via the app. Guest access All rooms may be used in this house. Each guest has the task of leaving the premises in such a way that the next guest feels comfortable. Due to a messy space left behind, the final cleaning creates an additional effort, which unfortunately cannot be compensated. Please keep in mind that prices would suffer a lot. We want every financial condition to still have the opportunity to vacation in our house. Therefore, please also think of other subsequent guests. All rooms are homely, so you can feel at home. If there is damage in the rooms, please contact us. There's a solution for everything. Other things to note Please remember that there is a garden on this property as well as a natural garden. This means that we let part of the meadow area grow wild so that bees, bugs, and other important and necessary insects can feel at home.
