Summer house for the whole family with lake view

Large summerhouse in Silverdalen, located by the lake. Newly renovated in 2022. 30-minute drive to Vimmerby to Astrid Lindgren's World. 300 meters to the swimming area, small supermarket in the village. Larger supermarket in Hultsfred (10-minute drive). Space for the whole family. 4 bedrooms, including 1 children's room. Large living room with TV and WiFi and a large table for drawing, playing or working. Newly-renovated kitchen with stove, oven, dryer and dishwasher. Newly-renovated bathroom with washing machine. Separate toilet upstairs. The space The rooms are generously furnished. There are relatively large rooms that are easily accessible. It's a big house. That offers enough space for many people. The house is mostly used for weekends and shorter stays to experience activities in the nearby Astrid Lindgren Park. Our focus is very much on the well-being of children. Remaining toys and full boxes of toys and games are expressly welcome in this house. They are not part of the private household, they are only for the use of the guests in this house. Guests are required to leave the house in a tidy condition, but the toys do not have to be tidied. (That would be asking too much. ;) ) This house is a private vacation home. This means it is not a hotel that is cleaned at regular daily intervals. There is an extensive final cleaning according to the guidelines of Airbnb, as well as two annual basic cleanings. The included towels and duvets are all cleaned at high temperatures and must be left at the end of a stay as described in the advertisement. The house has a garden that can be used. Usually our guests do this for a barbecue, dining and smaller children use it for playing. Please keep in mind that there is no gate, the street access is free. All items that indicate private use (toothpaste, shampoos, etc.) have often been left by guests. Since we consider it more environmentally effective not to dispose of these things, but to make them available for the next guest, these things remain in the house and can be used by everyone. If opened freezer bags remain, the guest may also dispose of them. Please always think about our nature/environment. If you have any questions, you can always write via the app. Guest access All rooms may be used in this house. Each guest has the task of leaving the premises in such a way that the next guest feels comfortable. Due to a messy room, an additional expense is incurred during the final cleaning, which unfortunately cannot be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that the prices would suffer greatly. We want every financial situation to still have the opportunity to vacation in our house. Therefore, please also think of other subsequent guests. All rooms are comfortably furnished, so you can feel at home. If there is any damage in the rooms, please contact us. There is a solution for everything. Other things to note Please remember that there is a garden as well as a natural garden on this property. This means that we let part of the meadow area grow wild so that bees, beetles and other important and necessary insects can feel at home. If it bothers the guest during their stay that this part of the garden is not usable, they can contact the caretaker for further dialogue. Thank you for your understanding.
