You have the entire basement floor to yourself which has its own entrance, living room, sleeping area, private toilet, shower & sauna. Ping pong table. Climbing wall. Umbrella and clothes care roll. Living room area: Large divan sofa, coffee table, large 50-inch TV with Chromecast (but no channels). Large wardrobe with lots of games, puzzles, sporting goods. Books and exercise equipment. Small electric heater. Cross trainer. Basement window with afternoon/evening sun with blackout curtain. Sleeping area: Spring bottom with mattress 120 cm wide (very comfortable). More simple mattresses and travel beds are provided depending on how many of you there are. There are kitchen tables and chairs on the floor. * You are welcome to use our garden and everything that is there (outdoor furniture, trampoline, hammock, climbing frame, swings, playhouses, cushion box with toys and garden games, etc.). * Glazed conservatory with sofa and table and chairs, etc. During your stay My husband Markus and I are available to answer any questions throughout the stay. Either you come up to us on the ground floor if we are home or you write a message in the app and I will respond as soon as I can. Other things to note * The private entrance leads through a "workshop room" before entering the sleeping area/living room/toilet. But there's a shoe rack and a hat rack there so you can hang your things. * It can be heard a little when we walk on the entrance floor, but it is nothing that we have heard that guests have been disturbed by, but that we still want to inform you about if you are very sensitive to noise. * There is an open staircase indoors between the basement and the entrance floor. * Bicycle with gears is lent free of charge.
