The accommodation is new (2022) and fully equipped, with a dining table for 4, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a garden view. Private outdoor garden area: with a table, garden furniture, and a plancha grill in the shade of a melia tree. Our estate offers 6,500 m² of greenery, ideal for a relaxing stay without sacrificing privacy. Various shaded areas allow you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. Swimming pool: Swimming is open from June 1st to September 30th. The 9x4 m salt-water pool is equipped with deckchairs and parasols. Panoramic views of the valley. Common area with a washing machine and dryer, clothes dryers, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron. Cleaning is included for your peace of mind upon arrival and departure. The cottage is non-smoking. Guest access To reach the cottage, go past the PAB museum and at the traffic lights, turn left onto Chemin de Saint Raby, turn left again and go up to the intersection of 4 paths, then turn right onto Chemin de Trépeloup. The road narrows between 2 walls and after this narrow passage, take the "dead end" immediately on the left. We are opposite.
