Cottage in Caernarfon

From Bryn Awelon which translates as Breezy Hill, you can catch the sun glinting on the water of the Menai Straits, watch the mists swirling around the Rivals on the Llyn Peninsula, and if you are very lucky catch the sleeping elephant (Mynydd Mawr) shake the snow from her back. Stepping out of the door you have all the wonders of Snowdonia to explore. The thrills, the history, the beaches, lakes and mountains. The space The door to the property is to the back - you will need to use the small path which passes to the side and in front of Llys Arfon. The porch will be unlocked and the key will be in the key safe. The bathroom is to the right of the entrance hall, with an open plan kitchen and sitting room to the left. The bedroom is off the sitting room. The bathroom has an electric shower and heated radiator. The kitchen has an electric cooker and fridge. The sitting room is heated by a wood burner. Wood will be provided. The bedroom has a standard double bed and wardrobe. The bedroom can be heated by the infrared mirror. There is a garden to the rear with a small BBQ area at the far end. Parking is on the road, with the best place being the T junction just past the cottage heading into Waunfawr The owners also run Llanberis Bike Hire, so are happy to provide you with either hardtail mountain bikes or road bikes if you fancy exploring by bike. Guest access The loft is out of bounds as the property is used on a regular basis by the owner. For convenience the owner leaves tea, coffee, sugar and basic food items such as oils in the cupboards. You are welcome to use these. Other things to note Please note that the geolocation on the Airbnb website is currently not correct. I am working with Airbnb to resolve this. The property is in Waunfawr not Llanrug which is about 4 miles away.
