Peaceful home, surrounded by towering Ponderosa Pines. The property is on three acres of land and close access to running trails. Walking distance to park and local coffee shop. Five minutes to Whitworth University and fifteen minutes to Gonzaga. The space Private door Entrance with key-code. A new King bed purchased in 2025 Bedroom is attached to the main house. It has a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. A mini fridge and kettle for tea and coffee. And a small table with 2 chairs. If requested I can set a time for you to have access to the laundry room through shared space of house- Parking is available on the street or at the top of our shared longer driveway next to room. Guest access Guests may use the washing machine and dryer in the basement (if requested) During your stay We are available to help with any questions you might have. The room is attached to our house so we often see guests when parking or if passing each other in the driveway. Other things to note We are a family in the main part of the house - so some noise ought to be expected during daytime hours. A simple reminder that the room does not have a tv or a microwave as that is sometimes something guests prefer to have ☺️
