Charming house in the heart of a stud farm & pond access

Charming house combining exposed stones and wooden beams combined with modern furniture. All within walking distance of a half-timbered stable, typical of Normandy. Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 expanses of water on which you can sail aboard a boat and listen to the song of the frogs. The sun falling, enjoy the barbecue at your disposal and sit on the waterfront picnic table. The space Charming house with a large ground floor completely open (living room, dining room and fitted kitchen). Presence of a fireplace with a pellet stove. The dining table is designed to accommodate 8 guests and convertible into a pool table (two games are at your disposal: English and American). The sofa can be converted into a bed. Be careful, however, the bedding is firm. This one is not equipped with a real mattress. The floor consists of a corridor that serves a large master bedroom with a queen size bed (view of the half-timbered horse boxes), a small bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190), a bathroom with a large corner bathtub and independent toilets. The house is located by the roadside (almost no passage after 8:30 p.m.). Two parking spots are available for guests If you have more cars, please let me know. Additional cars can be parked in the village of the commune. Guest access Outside the house, you have access to the courtyard and the exteriors (garden and pond) that are shared with the owner and other guests sincethere is also a second Airbnb listing on the property (possibility to rent the 2 accommodations with a capacity of 10 people). The exteriors are not private. Please respect the place and do not disturb the tranquility that reigns here. Other things to note List of possible activities on site below: Boat tour on the pond, billiards (English and American games), molkky, badminton and volleyball. A stone barbecue and a picnic table are at your disposal. IMPORTANT: There is no cleaning fee. It's up to guests to do this before returning the listing. Everything you need is at your disposal. Thank you for following this rule. Similarly, it is up to you to take your garbage to the dedicated collection points (you will find a depot in each of the two directions less than 1km away). There is no more garbage collection by the municipality. Also, sheets and towels are not provided. However, if you wish, I can provide it for a small fee.
