Gull Lake Cottage - Michigan

This cozy, well-appointed family cottage is located directly on the shores of beautiful Gull Lake. Jump off the dock into crystal clear waters or play at the sandy beach. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit watching the beautiful sunsets over the lake. *Fall/Spring 8 guests. *Summer 12 guests. The space *Fall/Spring 8 guests. *Summer 12 guests. You will have use of the entire house, yard, docks, and beach. There is space to park your boat. 1st floor. Family room with lazy boy couches and a twin day bed, TV, books, & games. Dining table, Pub table and chairs. Washer and dryer. Front screened porch overlooking the lake with large dining table, swing, and rockers. Kitchen with all the amenities and charcoal grill on the back patio. Bedroom 1 (1Q and AC unit) Bathroom with walk-in shower. Narrow and fairly steep stairs to 2nd floor. 2nd floor. Bedroom 2 (2T and AC unit) Bedroom 3 (1Q, 2T on screened porch over-looking the lake) Bedroom 4 (3T & Tbunk and AC unit) Bedroom 5 (2F on screened porch overlooking the woods) Loft area (1F futon) Bathroom with tub/shower combo. Linens, bath towels and some beach towels provided. Starter amounts of TP, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Outdoor amenities include the lake, fire pit, 3 kayaks, 1 SUP with paddles, a sandy beach and large dock area with stairs into the water. Outdoor chairs and bin with sand toys, floats, some PFDs located on side of house. Boat and toy rentals are available at Gull Lake Marina in the bay. Other things to note The stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and a bit steep (12 steps). Master bedroom is on the first floor. All other bedrooms on 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms are sleeping porches, thus less sleeping spaces outside of summer season.
