The space Outside, the spacious decks provide many different areas to sit and relax and take in the peaceful surroundings - all with their own selection of seating and tables. The large outdoor dining table seats 8 and there is a bbq at the disposal of guests. In addition, sun loungers and a hammock sit beside the stunning pool. This pool is the perfect spot to cool off - it's big enough to get fit swimming lengths should you wish or perhaps just sit and relax and take in the view of the passing yachts or watch the sun going down with a cocktail to hand. All the main rooms lead directly onto the balcony - and all just steps away from the pool. The front door leads into a huge open plan kitchen/living/dining room with every amenity you could wish for. From this room, two sets of large patio doors take you straight onto the balcony and the spectacular views north. The kitchen has been hand built by a local carpenter and incorporates every modern appliance - electric oven, microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher - to make your life easy whilst away. You will find an extensive array of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and everything you could imagine for preparing lunch or dinner should you decide to stay in. The dining suite seats six people and provides a shelter from the heat of the sun or just a change of scene should you ever tire of sitting on the deck - hard to believe for sure. The enormous island unit provides another seating area and a great place to sit and chat while the chef in the house is cooking - or even a great place to sit and work should you need to whilst away. The living area is furnished with the most comfortable huge sofa you will have seen and there is an enormous 65" television to watch whilst you sit there! In addition, there is a utility room leading off the kitchen with a washing machine, cleaning products and another large fridge/freezer. There are two very generous sized bedroom suites - each with spectacular views out to sea and both with super-king sized beds and ensuite shower rooms and dressing rooms. Both bedrooms are fitted with A/C as well as ceiling fans. Luxurious cotton bed linens complete the experience. The third bedroom suite is on the next level down from the main floor. It is a fully self contained apartment consisting of kitchen, dining and lounge area and large ensuite bedroom with its own private deck. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the whole of the accommodation.
