Enjoy the sounds of nature at our unique ocean side villa. Set on a hill w/full ocean view & surrounded by rice patties and banana trees, our villa has all you need for a luxurious and memorable vacation. Made for long term stays, our villa includes a well equipped kitchen, a well equipped gym, large pool w/Jacuzzi, BBQ & outdoor relax spaces. Bali's best beach is a 5 min walk and stretches uninterrupted for miles in both directions. Few neighbors, low noise & clean air top off the appeal. The space 1st floor interior stretches from kitchen to dining to living room w/65” TV and includes a public half-bathroom. The 1st floor also has a large king bedroom w/ocean view, a window seat, giant wardrobe & immaculate semi-open bathroom w/space for massage on our massage table. The bathroom backside is open air (no wall) and leads straight out to a small private fenced-in yard. The 2nd floor starts with a large high ceiling family room w/giant 70” TV & wrap around reclining sofa. There is also a mini-kitchen & office area w/desk & comfy chair. The large master bedroom w/walk-in closet and connected bathroom is also located here. Another (3rd) large king bedroom w/equally immaculate bathroom and 2nd massage table. The best ocean view is from this room. The 2nd floor is topped off with the teak yoga pavilion and access to the private 4th bedroom & enclosed outdoor bathroom. The bathroom is covered and has privacy walls, but open air at head height. Complete with its own veranda, this room inspires with its wood interior and high ceiling. Complete serenity ! The outdoor areas include a garage & laundry room w/ample parking, a fully equipped gym (walled w/AC), koi pond entryway (incl frogs), a lounge area w/furniture, a large pool w/jacuzzi & outdoor shower, a BBQ area w/tiled bar & stools overlooking ocean & rice fields. Guest access Guests will have complete access to all the villa except the garden, pantry, staff & storage rooms. This will in no way diminish your stay as all but the pantry storage are located outside the villa. Other things to note Bali villas are well know for combining nature and outdoor spaces with living quarters, and we are no exception. This combination can mean you will likely encounter nature's creatures and insects during your stay. We endeavor to keep at a minimum, but it is not possible to avoid nature while staying in the middle of it. Hotel is likely a preferable option for those wishing to avoid nature. Also, we keep our dog on the property in order to discourage trespassers. This also allows guests to leave the villa unattended should you wish to go out (locking doors is also required). Max (our dog) will be kept in the gated garden area and is not allowed into the villa area. Our staff will feed and take care of their needs. There is an option available for guests that do not wish a dogs and our manager will discuss upon arrival. We are happy to help with airport pickup, tours, scooter rentals, food shopping, massage or any other needs you might have during your stay.
