BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 in the basement, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor.   - AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 3 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has a queen-sized bed.  - Balconies are attached to all of the rooms.  BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common.  - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 6 people.  - It offers AC and TV.  - The dining area seats 8 people.  - There is a common bathroom in the basement.  - There is a 215 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 20 people.  - There is a shared swimming pool. - The pool is 16x32 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - It is accessible from 8 AM to 8 PM. KITCHEN - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. - Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster, an induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - The swimming pool is shared between multiple units. - Parking space is secured for 1 car, while 3 cars can be parked outside the villa. - Yes Wi-fi is available. - Airtel/Jio/Vi work fairly well here. - Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa.
