CHARCOAL grill The house is supplied with community well water and has full electric service from the local utility. Appliances in good working order. Central AC. Updated bedding, updated pots, pans and flatware. This is the perfect beach vacation house. Your group will spread out easily in the huge common room with 2 couches and flat screen TV, a huge mango-wood dining table which seats 12, and the large kitchen with additional counter seating. Use the card table for board games, puzzles and poker! Take advantage of our large, covered patio which provides tons of shade. A picnic table on the patio allows for al fresco dining overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Bring fixings to make s'mores over nighttime fires in the fire-pit, or shut down the lights, spread out a sleeping bag and enjoy the best stargazing you will ever see up on the rooftop patio. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 3 en suite bathrooms. Our beachfront location is on one of the best uncrowded beaches in Sonora. We have beach chairs and plenty of plastic buckets in the garage, along with 2 serviceable kayaks. It is common to see pods of dolphins swimming by, and paddling out on the kayaks is the best way to experience them! - Santo Tomas is a safe, quiet, guard/gated community 50 miles south of Puerto Penasco. - Dogs permitted with PRIOR APPROVAL, and $100 pet fee. No cats. - The interior of the house is a NON SMOKING area. - Renters are allowed to bring ATV’s or Jet Skis with special permission and payment of a $350 Rules and Compliance Deposit.
