To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, WiFi - Torch, washing machine - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Parking space outside the main villa For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor. - All bedrooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. - The master bedroom on the lower ground floor overlooks the river and island. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - 1 bathroom has separate his and her sink. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor. It can seat up to 6 people. - It offers AC, TV, a music system and WiFi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - There is a private swimming pool. It is 5x2.5 metres in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - The pool is equipped with pool loungers, tables and chairs. - Guests can head over to the private terrace that offers gorgeous views of the bay and sky. - On prior confirmation, guests can also access the common society pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room in the clubhouse. Guests will have access to the clubhouse from 9 AM to 5 PM, from Monday through Saturday. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Guests can order-in or go out to nearby restaurants like Domino’s, Joet’s Restaurant and Martin’s Corner. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and the swimming pool. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to offer accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like cards, ludo and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the beach and embrace its beauty. They can head over to the private terrace and soak in the splendid landscapes. They can also enjoy various activities in the clubhouse. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The stay is a part of a gated community. - There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the apartment for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Please note that kids below the age of 5 are not allowed at the property. We request the guests to book their stay accordingly.
