Any additional guests will need to pay ₱300 per person. This information is necessary to complete the required guest's endorsement with the property management office. Upon arrival at the building reception, you will be asked to present your valid ID for verification purposes. ** Paid parking is available inside the building for an additional fee, subject to availability. Visitors count toward the unit’s capacity, and those arriving at 10 PM or later without prior endorsement will be denied entry.
