This stylish luxury condo is perfect for exploring Austin. We have an Presidential 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo. This upgraded condo sleeps up to 6 people and is conveniently located just minutes from Austin's local attractions, diverse eateries, and vibrant venues. If you might want to add an extra night before or after the listed available dates, please send me a message so I can check additional availability. The space - 1200+ square feet, full kitchen with cooking supplies, washer/dryer, living room and dining area. - Master bedroom has one king bed, living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and the additional bedroom has one queen. - Two full bathrooms. - The Presidential condo comes with it's own foosball. Please note that the Austin Wyndham staff will assign your specific condo at check-in. Their assignment at check-in determines whether you receive the 1205 sq ft or 1540 sq ft space. I have no control over the specific 2 bedroom Presidential condo assigned at check-in based upon availability. The resort will be under renovation from Sep. 25, 2024 - Mar. 28, 2025. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change. Guest access You will be staying at a Wyndham vacation resort. This is a vacation resort and you will likely be asked by the concierge after check-in to attend an optional timeshare-like sales presentation during your stay. Please note that you are absolutely under no obligation to attend. As a guest, you will have access to the community pool, BBQ, fitness center, etc. Please follow local resort rules in all shared community places and activities. Other things to note Austin Wyndham requires a valid credit card for a $250 (hold) refundable deposit, and valid ID at check-in. We will need the name and address (matching your ID), phone number and email to transfer the reservation to you as our guest. The person checking in must match the name on the reservation and must be at least 21 years old. Please ensure the guest name who's checking in for your entire group is correct from the start. Changing it again will result in a $99 fee that I must pay and pass off to you. We can not change the name of the person checking in less than 48 hours of check-in. Oversized vehicle parking is not available at this resort. On-site garage parking with in and out privileges is $35 per night. Note, the garage has a max 7 ft clearance. There is no shuttle service to or from the resort and the airport. Luggage carts are available. Please check-in first. The pool is open year round but might close if temps are below freezing or chance of thunderstorms. The cleaning staff does not come during your short stay, though you can make a request with the resort staff if you need anything. The resort will be under renovation through Mar. 28, 2025.
