Enjoy your summer holidays in a quiet family home on the east side of Caes, the closest island to the Cycladic islands from Attica. Here you will enjoy the daily sunrise and the Orkou beach with its soft sand and beautiful pebbles. The distance of the Orkou from the capital Ioulis is ideal for enjoying your holidays in peace, but also to arrange any excursions to the island's diverse options! The space The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining-living room, 1 large bathroom and courtyard with wonderful views of the beach of Orkos and the Aegean Sea. In the courtyard there is also an outdoor traditional faucet fully functional. The courtyard has perimeter awnings that limit the wind when needed. The bedrooms have one double and one single bed so they can accommodate up to 3 people each, as well as a closet, dresser, mirror. Inside are sheets and towels whenever you want to change. The one of the two bedrooms has air conditioning while the other has a strong fan. Both bedrooms are also ventilated in a natural way, one with a suite window, the other with a door entrance that also connects to the patio in a suite.
