The Garden Studio was included in The Irish Independent's "Fab 50 - Irelands Best Places to stay 2022" , recently renovated and designed by Award winning Architect Michael Kelly. The Garden Studio is located within the grounds of June Blake's Garden, using modern materials plywood, Douglas fir and polished concrete to create a tranquil space. Sit outside in the terrace, facing the meadow, to relax and enjoy June's garden. The space The Garden Studio is the latest addition to a courtyard of granite buildings that have been restored and renovated by architect, Michael Kelly. Each sympathetic to its heritage, but creating modern, unique spaces. The Studio is located within the garden, with large doors opening onto a terrace. Inside there is a Kitchenette, dining area, lounge space, bed and bathroom. Located off the N81, approx. 5 kilometres outside Blessington, Co Wicklow. Close to Wicklows finest mountains. Guest access Guests will have full access to the garden, and access from their own terrace. On the grounds there is botanical shop, Epoch Green which is open at the weekends during the summer months, and serves coffee, tea and treats. Other things to note We would like to take a moment to inform you that our property is housed in a old farm building located in a rural area and surrounded by a beautiful garden . As such, it is not uncommon to find insects, spiders in and around the premises. Despite our best efforts to keep them out, they may occasionally wander inside, especially if doors or windows are left open. Please rest assured that these creatures are harmless and play an important role in our ecosystem.
