No access to the second floor. 3 queen beds, 6 people can sleep on the bed. if more people for sleeping, Please let me know. All the pictures for this rental is shown. The space This is the upper corner unit of the 30 units condos in a gated community The entire floor 1 of this unit is an open floor plan with the panoramic Ocean View. Marble floor for all areas excepts bedrooms, granite counter top for kitchen and bathrooms. One free assigned parking space in the gated garage with the security camera. More free parking spaces are available in the front of the property on the street. Guest access You are the only occupant for the entire main floor aka floor 1. You have access to everything except access to the second floor. Second floor has its own entrance door and would not get in or access the main floor. Other things to note The minimum stay is 30 days. When you make your reservation, I need 7 days advance notice prior to your arrival.
