The surrounding area is lined with many idyllic places right on the water. A highlight for nature and bird lovers and star lovers. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen incl. a washing machine and seating area, a living room, a bedroom (queen size bed 1.60 m x 2 m), a bathroom (with a flat bathtub) and a glazed terrace. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a bedroom (king size 1.80 m x 2 m), a bathroom (incl. shower), a room with dining area and an additional kitchenette incl. a fridge. The 1st floor is only accessible by stairs. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. There is also a rollaway bed (single bed) on the 2nd floor. Guest access There are three steps in front of the front door. Other things to note The last section of the access road to the house leads briefly over a dirt road that is easily accessible by car.
