Enjoy a lovely private room in our clean cozy home with access to everything you need. Our clean bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and front porch for morning coffee is awaiting for you. Our house is less than 10 min drive from the beach, great restaurants, and shopping, and within 10-15 minutes from Pier Park. We have everything you need for your vacation. The space IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HAVE WHOLE HOUSE FOR YOURSELF THIS ISN'T IT!! We offer 1 private bedroom in our home with 1 queen bed for 2 people maximum. Also only 1 vehicle per party is allowed. Everyone says the home has good vibes and positive energy. The bedroom is connected through a hallway that leads to the bathroom. Depending on the time you arrive, you might or might not have the bathroom to yourself. If there are other guests in the other room in hallway, the bathroom might be shared. We have that other room listed as another listing. You also can rent both bedrooms together for parties 2 and more but maximum 4 people if available. I would send you link for that listing if you would be interested. We also offer long term stays for 6 months and longer if you interested, for a very reasonable price. Your bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens and a high-quality Dream Cloud mattress so you can have a peaceful night of rest. ✔ Room is equipped with a closet, providing storage space for your belongings. ✔ The front porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee watch the birds taking a bath in our fountain. We provide coffee maker with cups in your room. ✔ Your room includes keys that you can use to lock the room for your privacy (from the inside and outside). ✔ You will be provided with towels and Toiletries. Washer and dryer is available for you to use as well. ✔ For preparing your meals you welcome to use our beautifully remodeled spacious fully equipped kitchen. We do not provide any food or drinks neither seasoning, condiments nor plastic bags. I always make sure that every area of the home looks nice and clean. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by local residents yet quickly and easily accessible from main road highway 98. We're proud to share the fact that this house is a home of an author of an inspirational book Dream, doubt & do it anyway. Book will be available in your room and for purchase. Guest access Guest can access the house through a shared house main door with keyless entry. (You'll be provided with the keycode before arrival.) The front entryway, kitchen and living room are common areas. We may see you in the kitchen sometimes. Living room and kitchen is mostly for your use. We have a complete separate space for us with a room, kitchen, and bathroom that we use - only sometimes we may see you in the shared kitchen/living room area because there is a shared entrance. However, we do like to travel so there may be times when we're not there at all and in that case you'll have the whole space to yourself. **Only 1 parking spot is now available at our property. No more than 1 vehicle per room allowed.** During your stay We like to give our guest space.
