Guest access As a guest at Mars Homestay in Kea Farm Brinchang, you'll have full access to our 3-bedroom apartment, which is located on the upper floor of the building. This includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space. In addition to the apartment itself, you'll also have access to a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. And for your convenience, one free private parking is available on-site. Other things to note We want to inform our guests that for their safety and security, we have installed two CCTVs at Mars Homestay. The first CCTV is located at the front entry door, and the second CCTV is located on the balcony above the dryer, facing outside. Please note that these CCTVs are for home safety purposes only and are not intended to invade your privacy. We understand that privacy is important, and we want to assure our guests that the footage is only accessed in case of emergencies or suspicious activities. It's important to note that the CCTVs may alarm with a tone sound from 11.15 pm to 6.45 am if motion is detected. However, confirmed guests can ignore this alarm, as it's intended to alert us of any potential intruders. We want our guests to feel safe and secure during their stay with us, and we believe that the installation of these CCTVs is an important part of achieving that goal.
