Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This nice 3 bed room 1.5 bath with a laundry room. Really simply remodeled and clean. It is a duplex top and bottom. It will be the bottom unit with its own entrance. We are located on the south side of Anchorage. We are near the Huffman shopping center. Also, there are near by parks, zoo and ski area, 5-10 mins away. We are in a well water system with filter installed you will have a sulfur smell with the hot water. The space This is a nice duplex unit that is a on the bottom floor. There will be a stairs to the front door. You also have a carport. It’s a simple and nice spot to spend the day in Alaska enjoying the outdoors. Has a washer and dryer in unit. We have most amenities to make your stay and stressless as possible. 3 regular sized bedroom the master has a queen bed and the 2nd and 3rd have a full size bed. Lightly colored interior makes it peaceful and relaxing. We also have dvds for the family and games (jenga). We have updated there wifi connections. We are also in a well water system. If you or anyone stay with you are sensitive to any types of smells do not book. Guest access This is a whole house, ranch style duplex. Only intended for the immediate guest that book with Airbnb. Other things to note Please only use toilet paper in the toilets. Trash bags can be put in front of the staircase and then text the host so that they can have it picked up. There will be a couple that is living upstairs. We are on a well water system and will have sulfur smell to the water. We have added a new whole house water filter and a brand new water boiler.
