House with Hot Tub, 5 bedrooms plus double sofa bed in lounge, detached, sleeping 12 guests, in a quiet village. Well appointed with a 6 Person Hotspring Hot Tub, 40" TV, Sonos Music System, BBQ, Pizza Oven, Two Log Burners, plus much more. Beautiful dog friendly countryside walks from your door step. 50yards from village pub. 4.5miles to Salisbury Cathedral 4miles to Salisbury City 9miles to Stonehenge 19miles to New Forest 24miles to beaches 11miles to Peppa Pig World ~Greenhills Stays~ The space Bedrooms - 1x Super king room 2x Double bed rooms 1x room with single bed which has a single trundle bed underneath, to make 2 singles 1x small bedroom with single bed and has a single trundle bed on wheels underneath, to make 2 singles. *note this room is accessed via the king room and is small, ideal for children. 1x double sofa bed in lounge 3 bathrooms - 2 showers, 1 with bath, with shower over All bedrooms have an Amazon Alexa, the adult rooms also have Sonos. Whole house has Super-fast BT Broadband, great for remote working. Guest access All of the property is accessible, full use of the main front garden pictured and hot tub all year round. There are steps up to the property. Other things to note This is a lived in home. We have two children. A 14yr old girl, and 15yr old boy and a 5yr old Weimaraner Dog. We vacate the property for the school holidays to spend time in our French holiday home. As a lived in home for the majority of the year it does mean that the children's bedrooms have toys and books in which are welcome to be used. All our clothes and personal effects are removed or locked away during your stay, you will have full use of wardrobes, kitchen cupboards etc. The property is set into the hill side and has steps to access, so it’s not ideal if you have limited mobility. The single bedroom is accessed via the king bedroom and doesn’t have a separate entrance but does have its own door, so it’s private once in the room. Although we wont be available in person for your visit we will be contactable and we have family and our housekeeper available to help if needed. We do not accept all male groups. Noise must be kept to a respectable level as we have neighbours either side of the house. **Please note our quiet times are from 9:00pm until 7am. No hen parties without prior contact before booking. The kitchen has a boiling water tap, however a kettle is also provided. There is a large built-in fridge in the kitchen and a fridge/freezer in the breakfast room. The BBQ is a Weber Kettle, you will need to bring your own charcoal, you will also need kiln dried logs if you wish to use the pizza oven, although there may be some available on site. Note: Sometimes when arriving the same day as guests leave the hot tub may not be up-to full temperature, this may take a few hours, or not be at is final temperature until the following morning.
