Catskills chalet-private swimming pond

A perfect getaway in the heart of the Catskills- a beautiful A-Frame with views to its own private swimming pond with dock . Jacuzzi bath, music room with piano, 2 wood burning stoves. 2 outdoor firepits and outdoor traeger grill. 5 minutes drive to Belleayre and close to swimming lakes, hikes, restaurants and bars, it is a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy everything that the stunning area has to offer. 2.5 hours drive from city. The space The house has three floors- the main level has an open plan living room (with wood burning stove) and kitchen which leads out on to the main level deck overlooking the grounds. On the main level there is one double bedroom and the master bathroom along with a music room featuring a standing piano. On the upper level (accessed by wooden spiral staircase)you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a secondary living room which has a sofa bed that can be used for extra guests if required. On the lower level (also accessed by spiral staircase) is a self-contained studio which has its own kitchenette, bathroom, living room and king size bed. The studio also has its own entrance out to the grounds of the house and a fire pit and outdoor seating. If you head down towards the pond you will see a second fire pit. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the whole house and grounds. Other things to note This property requires 4WD/AWD to access it in the winter months. Please do not visit without the appropriate vehicle or you may find yourself stuck.
