The Kerterre experience: natural pool and sauna

Mes nuits Enchantées is a space in the woods, nestled in the heart of a 10-hectare site, 1 hour from Toulouse. La Porte des Fées is a unique unusual space where a spacious kerterre awaits you. Stove, fireplace, dry toilet and heater. No electricity or running water, but water is available. Dining area 150 m away, near the natural pool, summer kitchen, fridge and hotplate, dry toilet and shower. Healing, disconnection. The space The 16 m2 kerterre is located in the woods 200 m from the parking lot. Without any neighbors opposite and in complete peace. It is equipped with a stove, fireplace, stove, piston coffee maker, dishes, double bed, coffee table, ottoman, and 2 chairs. Nearby are dry toilets. Dining area, relaxation areas, hammocks, meditation areas, sun loungers nearby. 150 m walk, and 50 m from the parking lot, near the natural pool and sauna, is the sanitary area, outdoor kitchen with fridge and hotplate and dining area, dry toilet, and shower. Guest access An 8-minute walk in the woods is required to reach the earth house from the parking lot. The access road to the site is not yet built, access is via a dirt and stone road and can be difficult for low cars. It is nevertheless possible to park at the top of the road, behind the shed. The site has a parking area at the bottom of the road. The site is not accessible by train or bus (bus stop 15 minutes' drive away). Umbrellas are available. Other things to note My goal is to re-enchant the world and I open the doors to a timeless space... Welcome to my universe! Schedules: Check-in time: check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm. Your accommodation is located in the woods, 200 m from the parking lot, check-ins are not done independently because we have to accompany you there. Therefore, please let us know what time you expect to arrive so that we can arrange to welcome you in the best possible way. Checkout times: checkout is at 11am at the latest to allow the vacation rental to be prepared for the next guests. Children: We remind you that for safety reasons due to the unsecured natural pool and the presence of horses, as well as the calm of the place that we want to preserve, the site is not open to children under the age of 12. Animals: For safety reasons vis-à-vis the tenants of the other gîte (Le Village des Elfes), and for peace and quiet, and in order to avoid conflicts and untimely barking with our own animals, our canine friends are not allowed on the site. The natural pool: The natural swimming pool is allowed from 9 a.m. to midnight and shared by the occupants of the other gîte (Le Village des Elfes). Being an untreated natural area, the pool may contain a light bed of mud and be inhabited by aquatic fauna. Algae can also grow there in summer depending on climatic conditions. Swimming will therefore remain at your discretion. The sauna: The sauna is available for an extra charge of €10/person for 1 hour of use from 2 people, or €15/h for a single person. Cleaning: As the Kerterre is a gîte, it is your responsibility to clean on your departure, empty the outhouse and put back in order any object, dishes or furniture that have been moved. If you cannot or do not wish to do so, the sum of €60 will be requested in exchange. Sheets and towels: Please note: This is a gîte and not a guest room, therefore, sheets and towels are not provided. The bed is a 2-seater in 140 cm. Toilet paper and dish towels are provided. Authorized products: As the site is labeled organic and phyto-purified, we will ask you to use only organic hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen). Shower-shampoo gel is provided. Insects: You enter the kingdom of the Fairies but also the kingdom of the little beasts of the forest. Here it is not they who invite themselves into your home, but you who invite yourself into theirs. So don't be surprised by their presence... For smokers: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the room and enclosed spaces, but on the site, outside, at the pool, and in the open kitchen area that is private to you, you can smoke without problem. Gourmet breakfast: Possibility to order a gourmet breakfast minimum 48 hours before your arrival. €10/person to be paid upon arrival. Tea, coffee, or hot chocolate Organic bread Pastries Homemade sheep yogurt (hence 48 hours for production) Organic homemade jams Honey from Ariège Eggs from our organic hens Butter Organic orange juice Access: The access road is unpaved and low vehicles may have difficulty going down it. However, you can stay parked at the top of the road, behind the barn, next to the Christ, by tightening the vehicle so that it does not hinder the passage of any agricultural machinery and does not get caught. Security Deposit: Theft, damage and broken items are recurrent, a deposit cheque of €50 will be required upon arrival. It will be returned to you upon checkout, after the inventory of fixtures. Thank you for your understanding. Shops: The first shops are a 15-minute drive away, in Fossat, Lézat-sur-Lèze or Les Bordes-sur-Arize.
