The Kerterre experience: natural pool and sauna

Mes nuits Enchantées is a space in the woods, nestled in the heart of a 10-hectare site, 1 hour from Toulouse. La Porte des Fées is a unique and quiet unusual space where a spacious kerterre awaits you. Stove, fireplace, dry toilet and stove. No electricity or running water, but water is available. Dining area 150m away, near the natural pool, summer kitchen, fridge and hot plate, dry toilet and shower. Rejuvenation, disconnection. Horses welcome. The space The 16 m2 kerterre is located in the woods 200 m from the parking lot. Without any neighbors opposite and in complete peace. It is equipped with a stove, fireplace, stove, piston coffee maker, dishes, double bed, coffee table, ottoman, and 2 chairs. Nearby are dry toilets. Dining area, relaxation areas, hammocks, meditation areas, sun loungers nearby. 150 m walk, and 50 m from the parking lot, near the natural pool and sauna, is the sanitary area, outdoor kitchen with fridge and hotplate and dining area, dry toilet, and shower. Guest access An 8-minute walk in the woods is required to reach the earth house from the parking lot. The access road to the site is not yet built, access is via a dirt and stone road and can be difficult for low cars. It is nevertheless possible to park at the top of the road, behind the shed. The site has a parking area at the bottom of the road. The site is not accessible by train or bus (bus stop 15 minutes' drive away). Umbrellas are available. During your stay We'll be available throughout your stay to advise you if needed. Other things to note My goal is to re-enchant the world and I open the doors to a timeless space... Welcome to my world! Schedules: Check-in time: Check-ins are between 4pm and 8pm. Your home is in the woods, 200m from the parking lot, arrivals are not self-contained because we have to accompany you there. Because of this, please let us know what time you expect to arrive so that we can arrange to best accommodate you. Check-out times: Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. to allow the cottage to be prepared for the next hosts. Equestrian stopover gîte: Possibility of accommodating horses. Supplement: €10/night. 2 horse shelters, grooming area, fenced pastures. Hay not provided. Only during the periods when the cottages are open. 4 cottages are available to rent, on a rotating basis, from April to October. Don't hesitate to ask me for more information. Flexible check-in times if you are coming to the cottages with horses. Children: We remind you that for safety reasons due to the unsecured natural pool and the presence of horses, as well as the calm of the place we want to preserve, the site is not open to children under 12 years old. Pets: For security reasons vis-à-vis the tenants of the other cottage (Le Village des Elfes), and calm, and in order to avoid conflicts and inadvertent barking with our own pets, our friends dogs are not allowed on the site. The natural pool: The natural swimming pool is allowed from 9am to midnight and shared by the occupants of the other cottage (Le Village des Elfes). As an untreated natural area, the pool can hold a light mud bed and be inhabited by aquatic wildlife. Seaweed can also grow in the summer depending on weather conditions. Swimming will therefore remain at your discretion. The sauna: The sauna is extra at €10/person for 1 hour of use from 2 people, or €15/h for a single person. Light: Due to its design, the Kerterre has no shutters or curtains and a skylight on the ceiling. Also, if you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in. Cleaning: Since the kerterre is a cottage, it is up to you to clean when you leave, empty the dry toilet and put any objects, dishes or furniture in order. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, you will be asked for the sum of €60 in exchange. Sheets and towels: Please note: This is a cottage and not a guest room, so bed linens and towels are not provided for stays of less than 3 consecutive nights. The bed is a 2 seater 140cm. For stays of 3 consecutive nights or more, linens and towels are provided. Toilet paper and tea towels are provided. Allowed products: Since the site is labelled organic and in phyto-perpuration, we will ask you to only use organic hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen). Shower-shampoo gel is provided. Bugs: You enter the kingdom of the Fairies but also the kingdom of the little beasts of the forest. Here it is not they who invite themselves to your home, but you who invite you to their home. So don't be surprised by their presence... Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the room and enclosed spaces, but on the site, outside, at the pool, and in the open kitchen area that is private for you, you can smoke without problem. Gourmet breakfast: Possibility to order a gourmet breakfast at least 48 hours before your arrival. €10/person to be paid upon arrival. However, you can stay parked at the top of the path, behind the shed, next to Christ, tightly tightening the vehicle so that it does not hinder the passage of any agricultural machinery and does not get hung. Security Deposit: Since theft, damage and broken items are recurring, you will be asked for a deposit cheque of €50 upon arrival. It will be returned to you upon departure, after the state of the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
