Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day bed with trundle in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit. The space The space inside has been totally renovated to a high standard and is very clean and comfortable. There is no separate bedroom, so the day bed which doubles as a comfy settee with lots of large cushions (as in the photos) is in the lounge. In the kitchen we have a sink, kettle, 2 ring electric hotplate, toaster, a microwave and a Tower air fryer oven for hot food. We think that you have everything that you would need, but if there is anything else that you need then please let us know as we have everything in the main cottage. It is a local beauty spot, so the area can get quite busy, but it can also be incredibly quiet with just the church bell chiming, or the owls in the trees ( not noisy ) and there is no light pollution, just the old victorian lamp post in the garden. This is an ideal short stay in an amazing location. We have been told by most guests that the trundle bed is very soft and comfortable. Occasionally a guest tells us they have a bad back and would have liked a firmer mattress. We now give guests an option soft or firm, so if you do prefer firm, please let us know near to the arrival date so that you can be as comfortable as possible. This will be ideal for single guests. Guest access Guests can use the garden for dining outside in the gazebo, or just relaxing by the river watching the wildlife and boats going past. The river frontage concrete mooring is a great place for fishing or launching your paddle board or Kayak. Other things to note The annexe is ideal for one person, but having said that, it will sleep two people by making full use of the trundle bed, but it does cut down on the lounge space when assembled at night. For the nightly cost, especially for two guests, it is an excellent value short term stay. Guests are welcome to use the riverside garden including the covered gazebo with outside lighting, where there is comfortable seating and an excellent place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Guests are welcome to use the bar-bq, coals etc supplied.
