Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. So many places to sit, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds you. Our 107 acre cattle ranch has a rare beauty that everyone enjoys. Feed the horses, watch the animals, listen to the birds, fish in the pond, hike or bike our mountain and pastures. The river is a short walk away and Lake Success is nearby. We are 2 hours from 3 Sequoia National Parks main attractions. Bring your horses as we have a place for them to stay. The space Peaceful, serene, beautiful, amazing. These are words that I hear from our guests over and over again. There is an energy here that envelopes and grounds you. Our guests find themselves relaxing on their deck and doing nothing but enjoying the beauty of this place. You will see horses, cattle, geese, ducks, herons, vultures, lots of small birds, frogs, deer, squirrels, and rabbits. Sometimes, at the edge of the rangeland, you will see a mountain lion, bobcat, wild pig or bear. We also have room for a dry camp RV. Contact us for more information. Nearby, we have Lake Success, access to the river at Lower Coffee Camp, Upper Coffee Camp, and 1000 Stairs. There is golfing at River Island Country Club and rock climbing at the Dome. Eagle Mountain Casino is nearby. There are 3 bedrooms. The King bedroom has its own bathroom with a tiny shower. The 2nd bathroom (with shower) is between the other 2 bedrooms. There is a twin roll-away bed and a Twin pullout chair in the living room and a queen air mattress. The kitchen includes sink, electric oven and cooktop, Keurig Coffee Maker, drip coffee maker, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Crockpot, Coffee Cups, Plates and Bowls, Silverware, wine glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils. There are propane, wood and charcoal grills. We have games and books, and kids toys to keep you and your family entertained. There are 3 decks for you to enjoy. Guest access You will have access to my 15 acre pastures and the 70 acre rangeland to hike, bike, picnic or see the animals. You will also have access to our 10 hole disc golf course. Other things to note *We are pet friendly. This is Doggy Disneyland. *Parents with small children MUST watch them at all times. DO NOT let them wander around by themselves as this is a ranch and is NOT childproof. Children do not understand boundaries and can break things or get hurt. $35 Pet Fee paid at creation of your reservation. Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet HORSES allowed with Pre Approval: We have pasture paddocks available for your horse(s) to rent. We charge an additional $20/night fee per horse. Please bring your own hay/grain or with advance notice, I can provide bale(s)of hay for $25/bale. We have 70 acres for you to explore and ride.
