Nestled on a private estate, this charming villa, renovated at the end of 2023 and connected via the garage, is ideally located for quick access to the region's beautiful golf courses. 15 minutes from Cannes and its Festival, its beaches and its Croisette, you will also be 20 minutes from Nice, 30 minutes from Monaco and 1 hour from Saint-Tropez or Italy by highway. Bus stop 50 m away to go to Cannes train station in 15 min. All shops within 5 min drive. Private parking for 2 or 3 cars. The space We provide our guests with the upper part of the villa (110m2) and have condemned the lower floor (private rooms). During the stay, we will not be present but always available if needed. The fully renovated living space at the end of 2023 will consist of an entrance hall then hallway leading to the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms. Guests will have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a 160cmx200cm bed and a connected TV and another with a 160x200cm bed with a connected TV as well. A bathroom, shower room, and independent toilet are also in this sleeping area. The living room, air-conditioned, includes two large sofas, a coffee table, and a dining area with a table for 6 people. The kitchen (fully equipped with smart TV) opens onto a shaded terrace with a table for 6 people. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sink, and ironing board complete the offer. The garden area with swimming pool (5x10m) has 3 sunbeds, garden furniture under an arbor and a hot tub. Wifi (fiber) is available free of charge. Guest access Guests will have step-free access to the floor but we closed the lower floor. We will not be on the premises during rental periods.
