Our flat is about 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and located in Bitez. There is a sitting area where you can enjoy your time in the garden located just in front of our flat. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. In addition, the flat has his own open parking place. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, groceries, playgrounds, surf school and taxi station. Bodrum-Bitez minibuses pass right in front of the flat. The most striking feature of this flat is that it is just 3 minutes walk from the Bitez beach. As the flat is garden-floor flat, you can enjoy the garden which will be entirely for your use. There are air-conditions both in living room and main bedroom. The other bedroom with twin beds has a ceiling fan. The next house in the garden belongs to us too.
