The space The accommodations offer a living room/TV integrated into the dining area and kitchen, arranged in a well-lit room that opens onto the balcony with a barbecue area. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic utensils for preparing meals on site. There is a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker. It accommodates up to 2 guests in an air-conditioned room. It has a full-size bed, workstation and storage space for your belongings. A full bathroom with a hot shower. Service area with washing machine, clothesline and iron for ironing clothes. Living room with Smart TV and 300 mega Wi-Fi internet, for the exclusive use of guests. Private outdoor parking space, inside the condominium. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m., and it is necessary to check the Host's availability in advance. Failure to abide by the house rules are reasons to close your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleanings and fines caused by the breach of these rules.
