Located in the heart of the Tri-cities, near Fort Lee, Southpark Shopping Center, Hopewell marina, the Crossing Shopping Center, convenient store, fast food, gas stations movie theater are minutes away. The house has spacious front, back and left side views with no adjacent neighbors on these three sides. The house welcomes you with spacious driveway, the front porch opens to the streets, wind blows days and nights. The living room invites you with fresh air and cozy couch, fresh paint, floor, silk and real plants decors. TV, yes. WiFi, right. The dining table, one of a kind, large and cool, and the frame on the wall, the brand new fridge in the kitchen that is gorgeous, from there you could look through the front window and see the street or get to the outside through the deck. Back inside. The first bedroom is on the right, please close your eyes and open the door, turn on the light to get a little maybe surprise, the bed, the blanket, the soft and fresh pillows, the window curtains and do a little crazy thing, throw yourself on the soft mattress. Your back deserves it. To the left, the hallway restroom, harmonizing in theme colors, the freshness of the furniture and toiletries surely gives a relaxing feeling. The ‘kids’ room, the kids love it, bunk beds, soft and comfortable, the linens, the skylight certainly excites the kids as well calm them down. Besides the bunk bed is a full bed. It’s quite spacious and because it set close to the wall, it gives more room for 2 guests if needed. We save the best for last. Master bed. Walk in closet, wall mirror for your makeup, the matching color of the stand, floor, decor, softness, freshness of the air, and the private bathroom with soft them, new cabinet, toilet, air vent, lights to provide cleanliness you deserve. I work 5’ away from the property, so if anything comes up that needs attention, please let me know. I’m more than happy to help. One good thing is there’s no neighbors on 3 of the 4 sides. The better thing is Joe the only neighbor on the front right is the nicest neighbor I have ever had. He takes care of the yard. If you ever meet with him or his family, you would be so impressed. I warranted. Thanks to the Google maps, we can go anywhere with ease. Surrounding are CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, KFC, Mc Donalds, Taco Bells, Bojango’s, Little Cesar, Captain D, Domino’s Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Boathouse, you name it.
